Jumbo Quick Clips are designed to easily seal the jumbo 90cm latex balloons.
These balloons are so difficult to tie in a knot, these clips make it easy.
You simply do the following:
Inflate the balloon with helium or air
Twist the balloon neck ( this seals in the air ).
Clip the Jumbo Quick Clip onto the twisted neck of the balloon and close the clip.
Then tie your ribbon around the balloon under the clip.
