Hi Shine does to balloons what Armour All does to cars, it adds a layer of moisture to the
balloon to slow down the oxidization process. This 100 ml bottle will treat approx 100 to 150 x latex balloons.
Oxidization is when latex balloons go cloudy and lose their shine, the sun, the wind, the air dries out the latex.
This is the natural biodegradability of the latex balloon, but applying balloon shine evenly to the outside of a latex
balloon can help keep the shine for up to 5 days in controlled conditions, perfect when you want balloons to last longer and look great.
